This is an advisory message from the City of Richmond. It is likely that PG&E will be disconnecting power to residences and businesses in Contra Costa County starting early Wednesday morning, October 9, 2019. Power is expected to be off up to five days.

Per PG&E, in Richmond, the following neighborhoods will be impacted: May Valley, El Sobrante Hills, Carriage Hills North, Carriage Hills South, Countryside, Greenbriar, Greenridge Heights.
 
WHAT TO DO NOW
 
• Make sure your vehicles and phones stay charged.
• Fill your cars with gas.
• If signal lights go out, treat them as an all-way stop.
• Plan with food and water, and make sure your grab-and-go emergency kits are ready.
