Forest Park Barricaded Gunman Wanted Out Of Nebraska For Terroristic Threats. SHERIFF VICTOR HILL 
The United States Marshal Service Out Of Nebraska began searching for Timothy O’Neil after he began making threats to become an active shooter at a Walmart. When warrants were taken out for his arrest, O’Neil fled Nebraska before he could be apprehended.
U.S. Marshals found O’Neil at a location in Forest Park and O’Neill began firing shots before they could take him into custody. The Clayton County Police SWAT team responded and took primary control of the scene. Sheriff Victor Hill activated his SWAT team as well to respond and assist the Clayton County Police SWAT team.
O’Neil surrendered after tear gas was deployed into the residence and is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail now known as “The Hill-ton.
