PCH lane closures, both directions, Morning View Dr to Westward Beach Rd, Mon & Tue, Oct 7-8, 8AM-4PM 
Caltrans contractors will alternately close the #2 lanes in both directions of PCH, between Morning View Dr and Westward Beach Rd, on Monday and Tuesday, October 7-8, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Crews will be applying cement slurry and paving both sides of the highway. Traffic control will only be in effect on one side of the highway at any time, and at least one lane in each direction will be open at all times.
Motorists should allow extra time for delays through the work area.
