1 Injured in Hit and Run Crash 
Sheriff Richard J Behnke reports on 10/06/2019 at approximately 6:25pm his Deputies responded to a personal injury crash in the seventy thousand block of 5 points road, Mason Township, Cass County Michigan. The initial investigation showed Alexandra Pressler, 32 year old Elkhart resident, was attempting to turn left into a residence, when a vehicle went to pass her and crashed into the driver side of the vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. Pressler was transported by SESPA Ambulance, to Elkhart General Hospital for injuries sustained during the crash. The suspect vehicle was described as a smaller red SUV and should have front-end damage.
