Traffic Advisory: Alexander Road daily lane closure week of October 7th. Click link for details. #728 
During the week of October 7th, Vollers Construction will be performing utility relocation work at the Princeton border in advance of the Alexander Bridge Replacement Projects, requiring daily lane closure, from 9 AM-3 PM only. The road will remain open under alternating traffic conditions. Delays are to be expected. Please honor all temporary traffic control devices for your safety and the safety of others.
The NJDOT/Mercer County Alexander Bridge Replacement Projects remain scheduled to start on or about November 6th, during which time Alexander Road into Princeton will be closed and traffic detoured using US Route 1-Washington Road-Faculty Road. The projects and detour are expected to last a minimum of 6 months.
