* Until 900 PM MDT
* At 659 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clovis, Portales, Farwell, Texico, Dora, Arch, Pleasant Hill and Rogers.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CURRY, NM ... ROOSEVELT, NM
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
