Press Release: Suspicious Person and Vehicle

SUBJECT #1: East Indian Male, 30-40 years-old, dark complexion
SUBJECT VEHICLE: Unknown make and model gray vehicle with red coloring on the rims

On October 2, 2019, at about 8:30 A.M., a man driving a gray vehicle contacted a female student in the parking lot of Calaveras Hills High School and asked her for her name. The student refused and the male drove away. The student immediately reported the incident to a staff member and the police.

The man was described as an East Indian Male, 30-40 years-old, dark complexion and he spoke with an accent. The vehicle was described as an unknown make and model gray vehicle with red coloring on the rims.

The man was not located and his intent in talking with the student is unknown. The Milpitas Police Department will continue to investigate this incident and would like to remind students and parents to be vigilant. Please report any suspicious persons and or vehicles near our schools immediately.
