The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s assistance in identifying a person wanted in a robbery investigation. On September 24, 2019 at about 09:45 p.m. a suspect entered the Weinerschnitzel restaurant at 16246 Sierra highway in Mojave. The suspect brandished a handgun, demanded money from an employee and fled the restaurant on foot.
The suspect was described as a black male, 18-25 years old, 6’ tall 150 to 170 lbs, wearing a white bandana, black and gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black shoes with white soles. The attached photograph is the suspect and detectives are attempting to identify him.
