911 report of battery leads to arrest of Evansville man. 
On September 26, 2019, at 11:23 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a 911 call reporting a battery that had just occurred at Diversity Vuteq. Upon arriving Sergeant John Fischer spoke with the caller and opened an investigation into the incident. After obtaining the victims side of what had occurred Sgt. Fischer made contact with the suspect 24 year old Zackary Bolton of Evansville, Indiana. After speaking with the suspect Sergeant Fischer placed Mr. Bolton into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Jail. Upon arriving at the jail Mr. Bolton was charged with Battery. He remains in custody on a $1500 bond.
Assisting Sgt. Fischer in his investigation was Fort Branch Officer Jeff Beck.
All Criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until, and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
