* Flash Flood Warning for... Kendall County in northeastern Illinois... La Salle County in north central Illinois... Grundy County in northeastern Illinois...

* Until 130 AM CDT.

* At 734 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking multiple waves of heavy thunderstorms moving across the area. Rainfall rates of 1-2 inches per hour are likely, with isolated heavier rates possible. Flash flooding may begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Joliet, Ottawa, Yorkville, Streator, Morris, Channahon, Minooka, Peru, Mendota, Marseilles, Oglesby, Seneca, Serena, La Salle, Coal City, Spring Valley, Diamond, Sheridan, Utica and Gardner.

* AFFECTED AREAS: LA SALLE, IL ... GRUNDY, IL ... KENDALL, IL
