Oktoberfest Road Closures, Parking Restrictions For Saturday (9/28/19). 
On Saturday, Sept. 28, 2019 from 10:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. the following roads will be closed for the Oktoberfest event: 1. Route 46 (Main St) between Route 517 (High St) and Liberty St. 2. Valentine St between Route 46 (Main St) and Washington St. 3. Grand Ave between Route 46 (Main St) and Washington St. There will also be NO PARKING on the following streets from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.: 1. Route 46 (Main St) between Liberty St and Grand Ave. 2. Valentine St between Route 46 (Main St) and Washington St. 3. Liberty St between Franklin St and Route 46 (Main St). 4. Franklin St between Liberty St and Route 517 (High St). If the event is canceled on Saturday due to rain, these restrictions and closures will be on Sunday, Sept. 29. Any vehicles parked in the NO PARKING areas will be ticketed and towed. *Plan an alternate route and expect delays in the area.*
