PRESS INFORMATION
INCIDENT: 2019-24803 DWI, Refusal to Submit to Breath Tests, CDS in a Motor Vehicle, Possession of Crack Cocaine, & Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
DATE & TIME OCCURRED: 9/21/2019 at 0243 Hours
LOCATION OCCURRED: Residence Inn Parking Lot
OFFICERS: K9 Officer Zicha #596 and K9 Hodge
ACCUSED: Noel D. Rentas-DeJesus W/M 28 years old
Resident of Trenton, NJ 08611
DETAILS: On 9/21/2019 at 0243 Hours, K9 Officer Zicha & K9 Hodge initiated a stop of a 2001 Chevrolet for having no illuminated tail lights. During the stop, the operator, Noel D. Rentas-DeJesus was determined to be DWI. Rentas-DeJesus was found to have an empty handgun holster on his person. In addition, Rentas-DeJesus was in possession of a Chore Boy, a Crack Pipe, and a plastic bag containing Crack Cocaine.
Rentas-DeJesus was transported to WWPD Headquarters for processing. Rentas-DeJesus was issued summonses for the following: DWI, Refusal to Submit to Breath Tests, CDS in a Motor Vehicle, Reckless Driving, Failure to use Lighted Lamps When Required, Possession of Crack Cocaine, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Rentas-DeJesus was later released pending a future date at the West Windsor Township Municipal Court and Mercer County Superior Court.
