PCH #2 northbound lane closed Lunita Rd to Encinal Cyn Rd, M-F, Sep 30-Oct 4, 6AM-4PM 
Caltrans will close the No. 2 northbound lane on PCH from Lunita Rd to Encinal Cyn Rd, Monday through Friday, September 30 to October 4, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for crews to clear a debris basin on the side of the highway.
