PCH #2 northbound lane closed Westward Bch Rd to Morning View Dr, Fri 9/27, Mon 9/30, Tue 10/1, 8AM-4PM 
Caltrans will close the No. 2 northbound lane on PCH between Westward Beach Rd and Morning View Dr, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday, September 27, Monday, September 30, and Tuesday, October 1, for removal and replacement of a failed storm drain pipe.
