Milling & Paving on Main St on 9/26 & 10/1 
Beginning tomorrow, September 26th and lasting until October 1st, Middlesex County Road Department will be milling and resurfacing Main Street between Hillside Avenue and Jackson Street. Work will be taking place between the hours of 7:00am and 3:30pm.
The work is scheduled as follows:
9/26: Milling
10/1: Paving
Roadway striping / painting will take place soon after.
While work is being performed, traffic travelling on Main Street from the direction of East Brunswick (eastbound) will be detoured at Old Bridge Turnpike towards Prospect Street. Traffic travelling on Main Street towards East Brunswick (westbound) will be allowed to pass through at all times while work is taking place. Motorists should expect delays in the area and plan an alternate route if possible.
Please note that these dates are tentative and subject to change due to weather and other issues that may arise.
