Suspicious Incident, See something, Say something! 
Today a 15 year old female was walking to school on Sequoia Ave. (Santa Susana H.S.) when a white male (45-48 yrs old/ bald) stopped on the opposite side of Sequoia honking his horn gaining her attention. When she looked, the male made an unknown gesture with his hands but said nothing. She continued walking towards school and when she looked back the male made a gesture with his hand that she interpreted as 'I Love You.' The male then waved goodbye and drove away. Vehicle description was an older blue station wagon.
