Construction update for 9/23-9/27:
PSEG will be continuing the south hill project this week working on North 8th Street installing a new main. The work began this morning at Westervelt Ave and will continue to Goffle Road. This project is fluid and changes locations daily. Best access to Washington School and the South hill would be either Prescott Ave or Macfarlan Ave. A second crew is working in the area doing connections, once again the crew moves daily. PSEG is aware of the increased volume of traffic for Washington School and is attemoting to minimize the impact. There are 5-7 Officers in the area to assist with detours and traffic.
