Vehicle Burglar Arrested

ACCUSED: Robert Womble 57 year old Male / Ocean Township, NJ
NARRATIVE:
Ocean Township police officers were dispatched to the Colonial Terrace / Wanamassa section of Ocean Township for a subject who was observed entering the callers truck. The accused was located by patrol and following a short investigation, was placed under arrest. The accused was found to be in possession of proceeds from several vehicle burglaries that had been reported in the area as well as drug paraphernalia. The accused was identified as Robert Womble and was Identified in at least eight vehicle burglaries in the area. Womble was charged with several counts of Burglary as well as possession of drug paraphernalia and transported Monmouth County Correctional Institute.
