2nd Precinct Community Service Officer T. Rich conducted a pop-up Domestic Violence Community Talk yesterday at Nails 201, located at 1421 McCarter Highway. With the support of the salon's owner, officer Rich shared the Newark Police Division's Domestic Violence Intervention Guide and provided forms for making complaints against police personnel.
