PCH lane closures for Caltrans maintenance M-F, Sep 16-20, 6AM-4PM
The scope of work for the emergency maintenance project includes clearing and replacing storm drains, cleaning underpasses along PCH, installing and maintaining erosion control measures, and other maintenance to improve safety for motorists, cyclists, pedestrians, and those using public transportation.
PCH lane closures for Caltrans maintenance M-F, Sep 16-20, 6AM-4PM 
Caltrans contractors will require the following lane closures along PCH on Monday through Friday, September 16-20, as they continue emergency maintenance work in areas affected by the Woolsey Fire and early 2019 storm events:
- Monday-Wednesday, September 16-18, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM - PCH southbound No. 2 lane closed from Bonsall Dr to Heathercliff Rd (repair failed storm drain pipe)
- Monday-Friday, September 16-20, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM - PCH northbound No. 2 lane closed from La Herran Rd to Encinal Cyn Rd (remove debris from detention basin)
