On September 11th at 8:30 AM, Monroe Township will commemorate those who lost their lives, and those who were forever changed by the horrific events of that day.
Please join us on 9/11 at the Monroe Township Memorial Tree Park on Prospect Plains and Half Acre Road for a wreath laying presentation, and a moment of silence.
All Township vehicles (Police, Fire, EMS, DPW, MTUD) have been asked to activate their lights and sirens, wherever they are in the Municipality precisely at 8:46 AM for one full minute to mark this solemn occasion for all residents.
