Kaitlyn Spott has been located safe. We would like to thank the community members that assisted in sharing this information on social media.

On 09-08-19 The Janesville Police Department was contacted by the father of Kaitlyn V. Spott, 20 years old, of Milwaukee, WI. Spott had been in Janesville visiting a friend, however her father became concerned when he was unable to reach her.
Spott was last seen wearing black leggings, a black sleeveless shirt, and had on a distinctive blue topaz necklace (see attached photos). She is 5'03" tall, 120 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
