Marcus Parks Jr. found out the hard way that when you make the Sheriff’s Top Ten Most wanted it is wise to keep your insurance current on your vehicle.  Parks was stopped by a Lake City Police Officer at Forest Pkwy and Jonesboro Rd when Parks drove pass the Officer’s tag reader and it hit for no insurance.  When the Officer did a license check, Parks came back as wanted for Aggravated Assault and #8 on the Top Ten Most Wanted. Parks surrendered without incident.

Parks made #8 on Sheriff Victor Hill’s Top Ten Most Wanted August 1, 2019 when he took a box cutter and cut a man the length of 5 inches from the top of the man’s ear to his neck.

Parks is now facing the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail better known as  “The Hill-ton”.
