Between the dates of August 16, 2019 and September 2, 2019, officers conducted aggressive traffic enforcement and saturation patrols that resulted in:
5 alcohol related DWI arrests
10 criminal narcotics arrests
13 warrant arrests
369 total motor vehicle summonses
Director Painter credits all the men and women of the Burlington Township Police Department for making this initiative so successful and for making Burlington Township a safe community. Whereas the operational period for this initiative has ended, the Burlington Township Police Department remains committed to improving the safety of our roadways by aggressively enforcing the state’s DWI laws.

Public Safety Director Bruce Painter announced that the Burlington Township Police Department recently participated in the Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over 2019 Statewide Labor Day Crackdown.
