On Wednesday 9/4/19 at 2045 hours 13 year old Serenity Chavez was reported as a missing person / runaway. She is described as a Hispanic female 5'0" 190lbs black hair brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black leggings, gray shirt, and black jacket. She is suspected and/or at risk of being a victim of sexual exploitation.
