* VISIBILITY...at or below one quarter mile through 9AM, especially in valleys and near rivers or creeks.
* IMPACTS...of the reduced visibilities may make travel hazardous.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ETOWAH ... CHEROKEE ... WINSTON ... RANDOLPH ... CLEBURNE ... JEFFERSON ... ST. CLAIR ... SHELBY ... TALLADEGA ... WALKER ... BLOUNT ... CLAY ... CALHOUN
