David S. Schellenger, 55, from Rio Grande was arrested on July 22 by Patrolman MacCormack and charged with Resisting Arrest and Active Warrants.
 
Authur T. Chester, 33, from Rio Grande was arrested on July 23 by Corporal Norton and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe.
 
Joseph Laub, 20, from Villas was arrested on July 23 by Patrolman Mihal and charged with Possession of CDS and Driving While Intoxicated.
 
Thomas Ricci, 19, from Upper Darby, PA was arrested on July 24 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Emily Stassner, 18, from Haddonfield, NJ was arrested on July 24 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
 
Keith B. Phillips, 36, from Cape May Court House was arrested on July 24 by Patrolman Jones and charged with Obstruction.
 
Elmer Matias-Verdugo, 30, from Bridgeton was arrested on July 24 by Patrolman Vergantino and charged with Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self.
 
Alejandro Perez, 47, from Bridgeton was arrested on July 24 by Patrolman Vergantino and charged with Knowingly Leave the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury, Assault by Auto or Vessel, Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of Self, and Driving While Suspended Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury to Another.
 
Morris Fitzpatrick, Jr., 49, from Woodbine was arrested on July 26 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Possession of CDS, Distribution of CDS under One Half Ounce, and Distributing CDS Within 500 Feet of Public Housing, Park.
 
Reginald A. Pitts, 50, from Cape May Court House was arrested on July 26 by Patrolman Ritterhoff and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Marijuana under 50 Grams, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession or Distribution of Hypodermic Needle or Syringe.
 
William J. Laffey, IV, 36, from Wildwood Crest was arrested on July 26 by Patrolman Martino and charged with Disorderly Conduct.
 
Breanna N. Gara, 23, from Villas was arrested on July 26 by Patrolman Dececco on an Active Warrant.
 
Darryl Byrd, 56, from Philadelphia was arrested on July 27 by Patrolman Dececco and charged with Endangering Welfare of Children and Driving While Intoxicated.
 
   It should be noted that the above individuals are only charged with the above mentioned offenses and are presumed innocent until proven guilty.  This report only contains individuals that were arrested based on complaints signed by law enforcement personnel, not private citizen signed complaints.
