SHERIFF VICTOR HILL Orders Kenneth Hines Placed #1 On The Top Ten Most Wanted For Shooting His Girlfriend

This morning around 3:30 am, Kenneth Wayne Hines was involved in an altercation with his live-in girlfriend and her daughter.  During the course of the altercation, Hines shot his girlfriend in her upper chest with a .9mm handgun.  Hines then turned the weapon on his girlfriend’s daughter, pointing the weapon in her face. Hines then fled the scene in a green 2001 Chevrolet Silverado with tag number CLE9429.  Hines’s girlfriend was transported to the hospital and remains in critical condition.  Sheriff Victor Hill called in his elite Fugitive Squad  who has been hunting for Hines since this incident occurred. 

 

Kenneth Wayne Hines is described as a black male with brown eyes and black hair, standing at a height of 5’9” and weighing approximately 210 pounds. Hines is known to have a tattoo on his right forearm that reads “Play for keeps.”

Included in this alert is a picture of Hines’s vehicle so that the public will know exactly how it looks.

 

Hines is armed and dangerous and anyone who sees him should dial 911 immediately.  If anyone has any information on the whereabouts of Hines they can call the Fugitive Squad at 770-477-4477.  

 

Sheriff Victor Hill also wants to remind Hines’s friends and family that if they are found aiding him in anyway, they will not stop at go or collect 200 dollars, but will go straight to jail with him.
