Local woman arrested for 5th offense OWI. 
On 8/19/19 at 1:30 AM Tammy Goede was stopped in the area of Rockport Road and Center Ave for an equipment violation. Goede exhibited signs of impairment, and failed standardized field sobriety testing. Goede was arrested for fifth offense operating while intoxicated and held at the Rock County Jail.
