* Until 1245 AM EDT.
* At 947 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Another one half inch of rain is possible before ending.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Van Wert, Bluffton, Decatur, Berne, Geneva, Monroeville, Payne, Convoy, Monroe, Oakwood, Middlebury, Warren, Preble, Nottingham, Dixon, Grover Hill, Willshire, Scott, Melrose and Haviland.

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
