Restricted traffic is expected on Elder St. between Meridian St. and Chicago Ave. until late this evening due to a concert at The Fellowship Worship Center. There is no parking between the the traffic cones unless authorized by the Church. Oversized vehicles will be parked and motorist are asked to seek an alternate route.
