SUSPECT: Brandon Torres, 20-years-old, resident of Grand Terrace

VICTIM(S): Multiple victims; Residents of Grand Terrace and Riverside

On August 14, 2019 at approximately 11:20 A.M., Deputy Paul Casas conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a silver Toyota Camry, near the intersection of Mt. Vernon Avenue and Barton Road, in the city of Grand Terrace. The driver stopped the Camry in a parking lot of a nearby shopping center and fled on foot into a residential area.
