Alternating lane closures both directions PCH east of Las Flores M-W, Aug 19-21 
Contractors working on the La Costa Pedestrian Improvements Project on PCH, east of Las Flores Cyn Rd, will provide traffic control for alternating lane closures in both directions on Monday through Wednesday, August 19-21.
Traffic control will include alternating lane closures for both the No. 1 and No. 2 lanes in both directions. Lane closure work hours are eastbound from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and westbound from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Motorists should allow extra time for delays through the work area.
