ARRAIGNMENT/BAIL STATUS: Maldonado was held pending arraignment in Amsterdam City Court
INCIDENT NARRATIVE: On August 15th 2019 after a 5 Month long investigation into the sale of narcotics in the City of Amsterdam police announce today the arrest of 24 year-old Kaysha M. Maldonado. Maldonado was taken into custody without incident while at the Amsterdam Police Department on a separate matter. Montgomery County District Attorney Kelli McCoski also assisted in the investigation as well as the New York State Police Violent Gang Narcotics Enforcement Team.
