8/12 – 9:45 p.m. – Police were alerted via an Illinois State Police, of a reckless driver. A Millstadt Officer stopped the vehicle at Washington & Jefferson. The driver, Amanda G. Jackson age 34 of Waterloo, was charged with Improper Lane Usage, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, and Operation Uninsured Vehicle. A passenger, Pamela Mason age 52 of East St. Louis, was arrested on a Crawford County traffic warrant.
