The National Weather Service in Chicago has issued a Dense Fog Advisory, which is in effect until 8 AM CDT /9 AM EDT/ this morning.

* VISIBILITY...Areas less than 1/4 mile.

* IMPACTS...Very limited and fluctuating visibilities will lead to potentially hazardous travel.

* AFFECTED AREAS: KANKAKEE ... NEWTON ... BENTON ... LA SALLE ... GRUNDY ... IROQUOIS ... FORD ... LEE ... LIVINGSTON ... JASPER

Instructions:

A Dense Fog Advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving...slow down... use your headlights...and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
