* Until 445 AM CDT.
* At 1051 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Charleston, Mattoon, Taylorville, Shelbyville, Sullivan, Pana, Moweaqua, Neoga, Kincaid, Bethany, Assumption, Edinburg, Stonington, Oakland, Ashmore, Windsor, Findlay, Tower Hill, Humboldt and Lerna. This includes Interstate 57 between mile markers 177 and 201.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MOULTRIE, IL ... CUMBERLAND, IL ... COLES, IL ... SHELBY, IL ... CHRISTIAN, IL
Instructions:
