Flood Warning until 05:30AM Tuesday 
The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a
* Flood Warning for Urban Areas and Small Streams in... East central Oakland County in southeastern Michigan... Southern Macomb County in southeastern Michigan...
* Until 530 AM EDT Tuesday.
* At 1128 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated rainfall totals of 3 to 6 inches had fallen across the warned area. Rainfall has been slowly diminishing and will continue to do so overnight. However, it will take several hours for water to recede. Numerous roads are reported flooded across the warmed area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Warren, Troy, St. Clair Shores, Pontiac, Mount Clemens, Sterling Heights, Royal Oak, Birmingham, Rochester Hills, Roseville, Madison Heights, Auburn Hills, Fraser, Clawson, Utica, Bloomfield Hills, Sylvan Lake, Bloomfield Township and Clinton Township.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MACOMB, MI ... OAKLAND, MI
Instructions:
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Excessive runoff from last evenings heavy rainfall has caused flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
