Wells Street and Moss Street Road Closure 
The city will be installing new storm culverts under Wells Street and Moss Street beginning Tuesday, August 13, 2019. For this reason Moss Street will be closed from Main Street to Ellis Street and Wells Street will be closed from Moss Street to Front Street.
