On August 9, 2019 at 5:41PM, deputies from the Rosamond Substation were dispatched to a domestic violence disturbance on the 2800 block of 57th Street West. When deputies arrived, they learned that Lanesha Martin tried to stab the victim with a knife in a vehicle. The victim was able to get out of the vehicle, and Martin tried to run her over, driving through the fence and into a residence. Several children were in the vehicle and at the property. Martin was arrested on several felonies including Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Child Endangerment, Violation of Court Order and Felony Vandalism.
