SEVERE WEATHER SYSTEM TEST - Saturday July 4th at 12:00 noon - 20 seconds TEST! 
The Milan Police Department will conduct a Severe Weather System Test on July 4th at 12:00 noon. The system test lasts 20 seconds, a real severe weather alert will be indicated by a 3 minute blast . Do not call 911 when you hear the sirens, unless you have a police emergency! Tests run from March until September.
