* At 737 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow-moving showers and
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the region. Portions of
the area have experienced very heavy rainfall overnight, with
additional rainfall likely through at least mid-morning. Excessive
runoff will likely cause flooding of small creeks and streams,
streets, country roads, farmland, poor drainage areas and
various low lying spots.
