* At 338 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Atsion, or 23 miles southeast of Gloucester City, moving north at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Damage to roofs, siding, trees, and power lines is possible.

Evesham, Willingboro, Medford, Hammonton, Lumberton, Burlington, Mount Holly, Berlin, Tabernacle, Shamong, Presidential Lakes Estates, Chesilhurst, Pemberton, Wrightstown, Atsion, Leisuretowne, Chatsworth, Jacksonville, Georgetown and Atco. This includes Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 42 and 55.

They will send your report to the National Weather Service office in Mount Holly NJ. In addition to large hail and damaging winds, frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Move indoors immediately. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning. Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
