PCH #2 lanes both directions closed today at La Costa - WB 8AM-2PM, EB 10AM-3PM 
The No. 2 westbound lane of PCH will be closed Tuesday, August 6, from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and the No. #2 eastbound lane will be closed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM west of Las Flores for work on the La Costa Pedestrian Improvements project.
Motorists should allow extra time for delays through the work area.
