Morris St closed in both directions from Elm St to the Green. Add'l power outages being reported south of the Green. 
Morristown Police are reporting that an ongoing utility issue has resulted in the closure of Morris Street between Elm Street and the Green in both directions.
In addition, the utility issues have resulted in multiple traffic lights being out on the south side of Morristown in the area of Rt. 202, Ann St, and Bank St.
Police officers are on the scene and detours are being put into effect however, motorists should avoid the area or expect delays.
JCP&L are aware of the situation and have crews on the scene.
