7/29 – 12:37 a.m. – An officer was on patrol at Washington and Jefferson when he heard an explosion in the 100 block of South Jefferson Street. Upon arrival he found a large firework had been set off from a moving vehicle. Upon investigating he located the subject responsible, on Saxtown Road. A citizen who was awoken by the explosion signed a complaint. The subject, Parker L. Kolb age 18 of Millstadt, was cited for Disorderly Conduct.
