RAYMOND HOELZER UPDATE August 1, 2019

Raymond Hoelzer has not yet been located. We have been to his residence numerous times and he has not been there. At the time of the incidents on July 24th, 2019 Raymond Hoelzer’s behavior was not criminal and we only had a municipal ordinance citation violation which was only a monetary fine.

Between 7/24 and today we have been interviewing people who are known to Raymond Hoelzer.  Through these interviews we were able to gain proof that he was not abiding by the requirements of the State of Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry. We brought our findings to the Sex Offender Registry section of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. They submitted a Sex Offender Registry Non-Compliance Report to the Milwaukee County District Attorneys Office.

Today, upon a review of our findings and the Non-Compliance report a criminal complaint and arrest warrant was issued against Raymond M. Hoelzer for: Failure to Comply with the Sex Offender Registry, 301.45(6)(a). This is a Class H Felony punishable by up to 6 years imprisonment and a fine not to exceed $10,000.00.

This information will be shared with other departments in our area and the state. We do not believe Hoelzer is in Whitefish Bay at this time but we are continually on the lookout for him. When Raymond Hoelzer is apprehended we will advise the community as soon as possible.
