Beginning on Friday night August 2 and ending on Sunday morning August 4, 2019, part of the I-5 Freeway between SR-55 and SR-22 is scheduled to be closed in Santa Ana during the night and early mornings for the times and locations shown in the below table. This is required for the I-5/Main Street Carpool Bridge Demolition in support of the I-5 Central Corridor Project that will add a new I-5 carpool lane in each direction between SR-22 and SR-55.
Additionally, a full closure on Main Street between Santa Clara Avenue and Main Place Drive, and freeway connector closures are scheduled as shown below.
