**located**The Fremont Police Department seeks your help to locate a missing "at risk" person: Nirupana Ramada “Neela”, a 76 year old East Indian female , 4’11”, 90 lbs, last seen wearing a white long sleeve shift with dark print and black pants. Neela did not return from a walk at about 10 am this morning near the Whitetail/ Boar Ci area in the Mission district. If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Neela, please call 911 or contact the Fremont Police Department. Please see attached photo.
