Police captured armed burglar - 9600 blk Rea Ave 
Police have a suspect in custody after officers arrived at a home after a burglar alarm was activated at a home in the 9600 blk of Rea Ave.
Officers captured a 16 year-old burglar as he exited the victim’s home. Officers arrested the male juvenile. The juvenile was also found to be in possession of a stolen loaded firearm.
The juvenile will be transported to Kern County juvenile hall where he will face burglary and weapons charges.
